室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師Interior Designer/?Shanghai 崗位職責(zé)： 1、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)，環(huán)藝設(shè)計(jì)，建筑設(shè)計(jì)，等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)類專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷； 2、3年以上室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。從事過(guò)高端商業(yè)項(xiàng)目，有過(guò)售樓處，樣板房，酒店，等空間設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮； 3、具有良好的方案設(shè)計(jì)，圖面表達(dá)以及研究能力； 4、熟悉項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段的工作流程，有出色的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和各專業(yè)溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力； 5、熟練掌握各類設(shè)計(jì)常用軟件以及熟練運(yùn)用渲染軟件等； 6、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和施工圖經(jīng)驗(yàn)是申請(qǐng)加分項(xiàng)； 7、良好的中英文溝通能力者優(yōu)先。 Qualifications i.Bachelor's degree in interior design, environmental design, architectural design, and other related design disciplines. ii.More than 3 years working experience in interior design. Experience in high-end commercial projects, sales offices, showrooms, hotels, and other space design work is preferred. iii.Good schematic design, graphic presentation and research skills. iv.Familiar with the workflow of all phases of the project, with excellent team leadership and communication and coordination skills across disciplines. v.Proficiency in various common software for design and rendering software, etc. vi.Field experience and construction drawing experience are a plus for applications. vii.Good communication skills in English and Chinese are preferred.
